Minssen is the creative director and co-owner of The Deliciouser, a Madison based spice company specializing in spice and salt blends. Hailing from Santa Fe, New Mexico, she moved to Madison in 2017, and was quickly struck by the diverse foodie culture of the city. Minssen brings the fiery punch of Hatch green chile from the southwest, combined with her Korean roots, to every Deliciouser creation.
