Millar, an anthropologist, is one of 350 Wisconsin’s volunteer leaders. She co-leads its Community Climate Solutions Team and participates in many other 350 Wisconsin teams. She was also previously active in MOSES, a local organization working to reform the criminal justice system. Millar also established the LEAD Center, which conducts evaluation research on projects designed to improve STEM education.
