Ross employs outreach to bring society and system-impacted communities exactly where they need each other to be. Since his release in 2020 after 17 years in prison, Ross has become a founding partner of the multidimensional justice solutions firm Paradigm Shyft, an Education Trust fellow, a Marquette University fellow and a graduate of the Master of Sustainable Peacebuilding program at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
