Outside of his work for the Latino Chamber, Ortiz is an Associate Dean in the School of Arts & Sciences at Madison College, and he has a Ph.D. in educational leadership and policy analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison as well as an MBA from UW-Whitewater.
