Since Conroy joined the company in 2009, Madison-based Exact Sciences has grown to more than 2,500 employees thanks to its signature product, Cologuard, a noninvasive colorectal cancer screening test used more than 2.5 million times. Earlier this year, Exact Sciences took a leading role in providing COVID-19 testing to state residents.
