Stenger develops programs that support youth working to reclaim their education, gain job skills and become community leaders. He previously led communications, fundraising and external affairs at the Osborne Association, an organization providing policy advocacy and services for incarcerated and formerly incarcerated people and their families. Stenger serves on the advisory board of the Alliance for Higher Education in Prison.
