Working for the city of Minneapolis, Bernard has contributed to land use planning, transportation planning, development regulation, project management, and community engagement efforts since 2006. He served as co-project manager for the Minneapolis 2040 growth plan and recently worked to rewrite the city’s zoning ordinance.
