In addition to “Walt Whitman’s American Dream,” Tamburri’s work as a director includes the recent world premieres of music historian Joseph Horowitz’s “The Marriage: The Mahlers in New York” at Colorado MahlerFest and Michi Barall’s “Drawing Lessons” at Children’s Theatre Company in Minneapolis.
