Smith is a co-anchor of 27 News at 5, 6 and 10 p.m. He previously worked at WFLD in Chicago where he was a morning news anchor and sports anchor. Smith also spent 10 years as a correspondent for ESPN, covering stories for SportsCenter and Outside the Lines. He graduated from Oberlin College and earned his master’s degree at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism.
