Tokaji is the Fred W. & Vi Miller Dean and Professor of Law at the University of Wisconsin Law School. He has published over 50 articles and other scholarly papers on issues of voting rights, free speech, and democratic inclusion. He is co-author of the book “Election Law: Cases and Materials” and author of “Election Law in a Nutshell.”
