Carola Gaines

For 27 years, Gaines has been working at Quartz and UW Health with families who receive Medicaid, advocating and creating programs that support their health and assist in removing barriers to health care. As the community liaison manager, she supports nearly 46,000 Quartz BadgerCare Plus members.
