Noggle is an Emmy Award-winning anchor at WKOW, which she joined nine years ago after working for News 12 in New York City. Noggle spends much of her free time volunteering for local organizations including the American Heart Association, which is particularly meaningful to her because her 2-year-old son was born with a critical congenital heart defect.
