A Madison native, Hong is one of the chef/owners of Morris Ramen. She learned at some of the Madison’s beloved restaurants including Magnus, Graze, and Osteria Papavero. She is the co-founder of Culinary Ladies Collective and Cook It Forward, and also the Democratic candidate for the Assembly District 76 seat in downtown Madison.
